“Cold” weather is soon upon us in Central Florida! I know it can’t compare to weather up north…. I know, I grew up in upstate NY in the Snow Belt. Indoor fireplaces are surprisingly common here in the sunny south. I even have clients who will build a fire inside and leave all the doors open…..however for me, the outdoor version wins.

In Florida we love to take advantage of the outdoors even in the midst of winter. One of my favorite things to do on a cold evening is to serve piping hot chili and gather with some friends around the fire pit in the back yard.
